A Data Privacy Officer for PAGCOR and corresponding Compliance Officers for the Privacy of our branches/departments have been appointed to manage and safeguard the handling of your Personal Data compliant with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 or RA 10173 and its Implementing Rules and Guidelines. PAGCOR Management is committed to constantly reviewing, monitoring, and enhancing its Privacy Management Program.
